NJ Atty charged with dropping bullet in McDonald’s injury complaint

Weiss has been the subject of a malpractice complaint alleging he was hired to sue McDonald’s on behalf of a woman who claimed she ingested a foreign object in a sandwich, but never filed a complaint.

In a lawsuit filed in Union County Superior Court on Friday, Blanca Gomez and her husband, Thomas, seek damages from Weiss, his business, and individuals and corporations.
